Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at ZenVY Digital. We are committed to delivering your orders across Pakistan in a timely and transparent manner.

1. Free Cash on Delivery (COD)

We are proud to offer Free Cash on Delivery across all eligible locations in Pakistan. This means:

  • No additional shipping charges will be added to your order total.

  • You only pay the exact price of the products when the order is delivered to your doorstep.

  • This service is available for all customers across Pakistan.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your city/location.

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2–4 business days.

    • Remote/Other Cities: 5–7 business days.

Note: Delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our support team to verify your order details.

  • After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared (if applicable) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Non-Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your location falls under a remote or non-serviceable area, our courier partner may contact you to arrange pickup from the nearest city center. In rare cases, your order may be canceled with prior notification.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

  • No one available to receive the order after multiple attempts.

  • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.

The order will be returned to our warehouse. To have it re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +971 58 670 1680 or email yashidahmad383@gmail.com. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be refused at the time of delivery.
